  3. When you find someone you are interested in we'll contact them for you and set up an interview
  4. Only when your job offer is accepted do you pay a fee
  5. Fees
    • The cost of employing someone on a payment basis is 10% of their annual salary (there is a minimum fee of £2500)
    • The cost of employing someone on a contract basis is £150 per week
